done this using wencai's multi purpose knife kit during the sec3 cip thingy, i was too bored.
sec3 cip today. went to have breakfast with cheewai and some other ncc members and head off for community work. was kinda lazy so during the newspapers stuffs, i camped at a certain checkpoint and tie the newspapers cos' the others werent really good at tying the piles.
